We currently ship across Europe and select International destinations. We bring premium fashion and accessories directly to your doorstep.

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Shipping times for made-to-order products begin after production is completed.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery duration depends on the product type and shipping method selected:

  • Estimated Delivery time: 4–8 business days within Europe.

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available for select products at checkout).

  • Specialized Items (e.g., Floral Jewellery): Please note that some items, including our handcrafted floral jewellery, are shipped from specialized international locations like India. These items may take up to 15 days for delivery. Express shipping for these products typically takes 4–6 business days but may vary due to customs processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and weight.

  • Free Standard Shipping may be available on selected orders or during special promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, please be aware that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes that may be applied by your country's authorities.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at maranahglobal@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos of the packaging and product.
