Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing. Returned items sent without prior approval may be refused.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective,
- the item is damaged,
- or you received the wrong item.
Please include clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind,
- incorrect size selected by the customer,
- incorrect color selected by the customer,
- buyer’s remorse,
- sale items,
- gift cards.
We also cannot accept returns for:
- perishable goods,
- personal care goods,
- hazardous materials,
- flammable liquids or gases.

Wrong Size Ordered by Customer
All products are made to order and cannot be restocked.
If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to help by offering a 10% discount on a replacement order for the correct size. The original order is not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to place a new order for the correct item once your return request has been reviewed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
As all of our products are made to order, customized, and produced specifically for each customer after purchase, orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
